Kate Amato Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity under section 501(c)(3). Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children. For those who survive, the side effects of treatment cause long-term health problems. To honor Kate’s life, and continue the fight for other children, The Kate Amato Foundation is dedicated to finding safer, more effective treatments. Our mission is to fund innovative, nontoxic treatments for childhood cancer. Our vision is to support innovation that accelerates the pace of progress in pediatric cancer research.
