This month we highlight signature Asian flavors as we prepare Thai BBQ Alaskan Sockeye Salmon with Ginger-Butternut Puree and Wok Seared Bok Choy

Thai BBQ Alaska Seafood Sockeye Salmon:
- 12 ounces of Fresh from Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
- 4 oz Thai BBQ Sauce
- 2 heads of Baby Bok Choy
- Ginger root
- 1 butternut squash
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
- Brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, butter
*Kit includes all other ingredients necessary to make the full meal.
