Spend your evening immersed in food and wine.  To begin, indulge in Bellwether's famous appetizers to get your appetite started.  Learn about the inspiration and crafting of the dishes from Bellwether's very own Chef Kerri Rogers.  Next, let your personal Sommelier guide you through various Italian wines.  Your evening will continue with Diana Testa teaching you the secrets of crafting authentic Italian pasta.  You will get a hands on experience and craft your very own pasta!  At the end of the night you will have enjoyed 6 Italian wines, copious small bites from Bellwether, and three different pasta dishes.  It is sure to be unforgettable!!!
