1) Ricotta Toast // housemade ricotta, grilled peaches, Hoby's honey, granola, huckleberry reduction

2) Housemade Mozzarella // prosciutto, Bacon Farms upland cress, juniper + basil gel

3) Chicken Liver Pate // housemade pate, fresh fruit mostarda, candied sage, farm bread, roasted red pepper butter

4) Veal Breast Confit Flatbread // crispy veal breast, garlic confit, fig jam, grated manchego, balsamic reduction
