Mariah Salvat is the co-owner of Southern Roots Filling Station and has been baking gluten-free and vegan for over 7 years and has developed over 40 baking recipes. She is passionate about local, organic, and plant-based foods.
We will go over the basics of gluten-free and vegan baking. Participants will walk away with a familiarity for baking with dietary restrictions in mind. We will make brownies, granola, and cookies! Plus, everyone gets two glasses of champagne while they bake!
