Community Loaves once again contributes to GastroFest with a class on the secrets of sourdough bread-making. This class always sells out, so reserve your spot today! Inside the MOSH in the Wells Fargo Room.

Community Loaves is an organic bakery in the historic Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida. Tuesday through Sunday they bake sourdough bread and fresh pastries using traditional techniques and seasonal, local produce. They currently deliver fresh loaves on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays to Grassroots and Native Sun.

The hands-off class features a discussion of sourdough bread, and will include starter dough for you to take with you!
