Ben's Place is a center for people with varying disabilities to meet, socialize and learn in a safe and secure environment, whilst growing and enabling them to reach their potential to be as independent as possible. We teach living & social skills, plus arts & craft, vocational activities, and community volunteer opportunities are all included in our program.​

March 30th, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Fire Union Hall, 625 Stockton St. This BBQ, vendors and fun event has something for everyone! There will be SHOPPING with over 20 vendors and wonderful buys. Be sure to stop by the Ben's Place booth featuring items made by its creative members. A KIDS ZONE will have games, face painting, mechanical pig races, a bounce house, and a warrior joust game. For those who love BINGO, come and enjoy in the comfort of the A/C. For our car enthusiasts, there will be a selected showcase of ANTIQUE CARS. Best BBQ judging begins at 1 pm with awards at 4 pm. Sample the special dishes from each competitor and vote for the best People's Choice. Simply "feed the pig" and the competitor's pig with the most money wins!
