Bleu Chocolàt Cafe is a boutique chocolate bakery located in the Historical Springfield area of Jacksonville, Florida. The culmination of pastry chefs, bakers and chocolatiers who share a passion for desserts, chocolate, southern- caribbean food and the happiness it brings to the community daily. Bleu Chocolàt is also bean to bar organization, producing organic chocolates with beans derived from the Southern Caribbean.
