Bleu Chocolàt Cafe is a boutique chocolate bakery located in the Historical Springfield area of Jacksonville, Florida. The culmination of pastry chefs, bakers and chocolatiers who share a passion for desserts, chocolate, southern- caribbean food and the happiness it brings to the community daily. Bleu Chocolàt is also bean to bar organization, producing organic chocolates with beans derived from the Southern Caribbean. We embrace fair trade practices in our production and live by our code - A DAY IS NEVER GOOD WITHOUT CHOCOLATE
