American artisanal cheese producers are small family operations. That's why unless you search it out, you will never get to experience the great products that are being produced all over this country. Weather it's a Cheddar from Kansas or a raw sheep's milk cheese from New Jersey, this isn't your grocery store mass produced cheese. Great names like Cowgirl Creamery and The Cellars at Jasper Hill are the stars in our shop. We also source from many creameries in the Southeast like Sweet Grass Dairy, Boxcarr Handmade Cheese, The Goat Lady and Sequatchie Cove Creamery.

Along with the cheese we offer small batch made charcuterie from makers like Smoking Goose Meatery in Indianapolis and The Spotted Trotter in Atlanta. Charcuterie is the branch of cooking associated with cooking, preparing or preserving meats. These makers are very particular about how the animals they utilize are raised, what they are fed and how they meet their maker.
