SongBook is a local female singer/songwriter network that hosts biannual showcases of local and semi local musicians. We believe the ladies creating culture right under our noses deserve a platform that honors the work they do. We provide resources such as photography, videography, and workshops all in the name of investing in each other’s growth and journey. We also present workshops and other events such as song writing critiques for the community. A SongBook showcase is a special event where all three ladies are up on stage together. Our emcee for the evening takes time to interview each Song Bird about her writing style, inspirations, and story. Then, of course, we get to hear a little bit of each musician's music.

DetailHere it is ladies and gentlemen! Our Winter SongBook Showcase! We are featuring three amazing singer/songwriters, Rachel Hillman, Jenni Reid, and Niki Dawson!

We have absolutely loved getting to know these ladies over the past few months while taking photos, shooting video, and workshopping together all in the name of women artists supporting each other and growing as a community.

If you have never been to one of our showcases, you are in for a treat! This is a songwriter round done right ;) Each of the ladies are on stage together and take turns performing their original songs. Our very own SongBook alumni, Stacey Bennett from Folk is People will be emceeing the evening, interviewing the Song Birds and helping us gain a more intimate understanding of their background and their passion. It is a truly special event and always leaves us with full hearts.
