Whiskey Blending Class at Manifest Distilling

Come spend an evening at Manifest Distilling learning some of the intricacies behind the art and science of whiskey.

Participants will leave with a clear understanding of whiskey styles and production, the chemistry behind the aging process, and the skill that goes into crafting a balanced, flavorful product. We will also be exploring the physiology of tasting, which includes the delicate art of nosing, how sensory systems engage with spirits, and the process of developing a flavor vocabulary.
