Join us for an intimate night at the Blue Jay on the first Friday, October 13th in 16 years. Sun Child will be debuting her live 4-piece band after releasing her latest EP “Everything”. It will be a magical evening full of story-telling, love, and vulnerability - highlighting the EP as well as some unreleased songs. Sun Child is joined by dear friend Babe Honey as a supporting act. 

Sun Child is a dreamy folk artist from Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Growing up surrounded by music from her talented family members, she began her love for playing and writing at a young age. She gets her influence from the Lumineers, Mt. joy, Billie Eilish, and jewel. Her writing is inspired by her life experiences of love, loss, and everything in between. Her most recent EP, “Everything”, has been out since May of this year and she will be releasing a new single in the coming months. 

Babe Honey writes from the point of view of flavor and sensations, bringing a new perspective and incisive wit to her tales of connection and adventure. With whimsical vocals as he combines a vintage sound with modern material to soothing effect.
