FAQs
Is the car pass good for one person or the entire carpool?
- One ticket, or car pass, is good for all people riding in your vehicle.
Will I receive my car pass in advance? Is it electronic?
- You will receive your physical pass the day of the tour at your first stop depending on the route selected. The pass will be hung from your mirror or placed on your dash, and provides access to all five venues.
Can I bring my leashed pets?
- No. Some locations have farm animals that may not jive well with our pets. Additionally, some of our farms have strict produce safety requirements, and pets on site could hinder their existing certifications. Let's not be the reason why our farmers cannot sell their produce.
Do I need 4WD on these farms?
- No. The parking areas are either paved or well packed, so any vehicle will be suitable.
What attire should I wear?
- Whatever you are most comfortable wearing! Close toed shoes are recommended, but if you don't mind sand in between your toes, sandals are fine. Sunscreen and hats are highly recommended.
What happens if it rains the day of the event?
- The show must go on! However, if we receive warnings of thunderstorms, we will ask that you find shelter until the weather improves.
Are restrooms available?
- Some venues do have restroom facilities on site, but there is also a public facility along our Palatka-to-St. Augustine State trail in Elkton, directly off of SR-207 at the Vermont Heights Trail Head.
