By purchasing or utilizing a ticket to this event you agree to the following terms:

Splash House Pool Party at Hampton Inn Jax Beach -7/27/2025 and all future Pool Party events.

This Hold Harmless Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on 7/27/2025 between the partygoer(s) purchasing or utillizing (referred to collectively as the "Participant") and the event hosts, hereinafter referred to as the "Hosts."

**Description of Event:**

The Participant(s) acknowledge their participation in a party event taking place at Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach.

**Assumption of Risk:**

The Participant(s) understand and acknowledge that the Hampton Inn Pool, hotel, and surrounding areas have potential hazards. The Participant(s) voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to, any risks of injury, harm, or damage.

**Hold Harmless and Waiver of Liability:**

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, the Participant(s) agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Hosts and any event sponsors, including Hampton Inn, Hilton Hotels, Danielle Dallas, The Copper Closet LLC and Lucky Duck Promotions, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether present or future, known or unknown, arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may be sustained during or as a result of participation in the event.

**Acknowledgment:**

By utilizing your ticket to gain access the Participant(s) certify that they have read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement. The Participant(s) acknowledge that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and without duress.
