Ship Fest White Attire Party - USS Orleck 8/01

Lucky Duck Promotions is excited to announce our event series SHIP FEST is back! Located at the USS Orleck retired Naval Ship in Downtown Jacksonville Florida. This is our 6th annual White Attire party so come dressed in your best all white outfit. The Event is from 6-10p on Saturday, August 1st. Access to the shipyard is 18+ at this event. We have VIP tables available on the main stage which is hosted by Sunset Sessions playing house music, there are limited tables left so please book along with your ticket. In the middle of the ship we will have a dueling DJ stage where DJs face off to play their favorite songs and in the back of the ship we will have a 360 boiler room style stage where we will be playing Top 40 Bass hits.

Food will be available on site by Rogue Rogies (loaded perogies I highly reccomend). This event will happen rain or shine unless there is a hurricane in that circumstance there will be a rescheduled date. No refunds or credits. Ship Fest on USS Orleck - 08/01/26 and all future Ship Fest Events.

This Hold Harmless Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on 08/01/2026 between the partygoer(s) purchasing or utillizing (referred to collectively as the "Participant") and the event hosts, hereinafter referred to as the "Hosts."

**Description of Event:**

The Participant(s) acknowledge their participation in a party event taking place on the USS Orleck naval ship.

**Assumption of Risk:**

The Participant(s) understand and acknowledge that the USS Orleck naval ship has steep stairs and potential hazards. The Participant(s) voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to, any risks of injury, harm, or damage.

**Hold Harmless and Waiver of Liability:**

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, the Participant(s) agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Hosts and any event sponsors, including Manifest Distillery, Danielle Dallas, memebers of Security and Lucky Duck Promotions, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether present or future, known or unknown, arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may be sustained during or as a result of participation in the event.

**Footwear Requirement:**

The Participant(s) understand and agree not to wear heeled shoes on the metal ship to prevent potential safety hazards.

**Acknowledgment:**

By utilizing your ticket to gain access the Participant(s) certify that they have read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement. The Participant(s) acknowledge that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and without duress.
