RAP Home Tour Design Preview VIP Party

The RAP Home Tour Design Preview VIP Party is extra special this year and will take place on Thursday April 27, 2017, from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at not one, but TWO, locations! This party is an opportunity to get a sneak peek at showcased interior designers, reserve specialty items, and mingle with the tour house homeowners and other VIPs. This ticket price includes food and beverage, as well as one Home Tour ticket ($25 value after 4/8), so it's a deal that can't be beat!

The first party stop is our featured Design House at 1850 Powell Place. Talented local designers will completely transform this home in a can’t miss stop on the 2017 Home Tour. As a Preview Party attendee, you will be the first to see this amazing property.

Guests are encouraged to dress within the event's Old Havana theme, and fashion stylist Fitz Pullins will judge the best-dressed of the evening The winner will receive a collection of prizes worthy of a fashionista.

There will be Cuban-inspired food from the Chef's Garden and Bellwether, music by Goliath Flores (bring your dancing shoes!), a cigar roller, and plenty of libations, courtesy of Havana Club Rum, Riverside Liquors and Bold City Brewery.

The second party stop, a short distance away, is a fabulous riverfront home at 3110 St. Johns Avenue. End your evening with champagne and dessert at this lovingly restored historic home.
