French Onion Soup & Escargot

Join us for the unique opportunity to cook french classic cuisine while learning French wine tasting techniques from Sommelier Pascal Wagner. Pascal will be joining us from Burgundy, France to walk you through how to taste as well as some fun recommendations to go along with dinner. Chef Jamey and Jen will deliver your ingredient kits so you can cook along while enjoy your favorite wine from home. (Wine not included)
Each kit comes with enough ingredients to prepare 2 generous servings.
How does this work:

- Receive your confirmation
- On the day of class, you will have received your fresh ingredient kit as well as an email inviting you to the virtual cooking classroom.
- Prior to the class review, the equipment needed (we only use equipment that can be found in any home kitchen) and gather your equipment.
- Login and follow along as we prepare a delicious meal together just in time for dinner!
