Vaylor Trucks

Vaylor grew up knowing his picture is on the cover of one of the best selling southern rock albums of all time. Rather than let that fact set his musical course, Vaylor has spent decades establishing his own voice, studying and performing jazz, progressive, experimental, and avant-garde music with greats such as Pat Martino, Dweezil Zappa, Mike Keneally, Bernard Purdie, Johnny Vidacovich, and Col. Bruce Hampton, as well as establishing The Yeti Trio, an experimental fusion powerhouse for more than 20 years. But the music his family made with The Allman Brothers Band stayed with him. Now, with Brother & Sister, Vaylor is embracing his roots.

Melody Trucks

Melody Trucks is a life-long student of music. Being born into a musical family, she was surrounded by incredible musicians from the start. She began studying flute at the age of 7, but expanded to all woodwinds as she progressed through high school. She switched to percussion in college, studying ethnomusicology with a focus in Balinese and Brazilian music. While she did sing occasionally with her brother, Vaylor Trucks of the Yeti Trio, it was not her main focus. After deciding to surprise her father, Butch Trucks of the Allman Brothers Band, by singing at an open jam hosted by Hub Chason at the Bradfordville Blues Club in Tallahassee, Florida, Melody was invited to tour with his latest group, Butch Trucks and the Freight Train. She assembled her first group, The Melody Trucks Band, in 2017 and is launching her first solo project this year.

Lamar Williams Jr.

Lamar Williams Jr., a musician with an unwavering belief in the soulful essence of all music, emerged from the musical heartland of Macon, Georgia, steeped in the timeless traditions of legends like Otis Redding and Blind Willie McTell. Following in his father's footsteps, Lamar Williams Sr., the celebrated bassist of The Allman Brothers Band, Lamar Jr.'s musical journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. As a pivotal member of The New Mastersounds, a genre-blending ensemble from the UK, Lamar has traversed the globe, gracing stages from packed stadiums to intimate Tokyo clubs. He also lent his talents to the Grammy-nominated 2022 album by the North Mississippi Allstars, fronted the all-star jam band Trouble No More, and collaborated with the jazz project Big Band of Brothers, alongside original Allman Brothers member Jaimoe. Now, Lamar Williams Jr. embarks on an exciting new chapter, crafting an album that reflects his distinctive musical expression and timeless inspirations, with the aim of touching hearts. Based in Atlanta, he collaborates with a diverse network of musicians while continuing to champion the unifying power of live music—a journey that promises an unforgettable musical experience.

Peter Levin

Peter Levin is a versatile musician equally proficient on the Hammond Organ, Fender Rhodes, and various synths. He has toured with Gregg Allman Band and The Blind Boys of Alabama, and has an impressive resume of studio work, contributing his talents on Piano, Hammond B3, Clavinet, and Wurlitzer Electric Piano to Aaron Neville's 2016 album "Apache" and on Piano, Wurlitzer, and Clavinet to Gregg Allman's 2017 album recorded at Fame Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, under the legendary producer Don Was. Peter's stage experience is equally illustrious, having performed with icons like The Allman Brothers Band, Crosby, Stills, and Nash, Aaron Neville, The Doobie Brothers, Allen Toussaint, and Lou Reed. He's also toured in support of renowned artists such as Tom Petty, Robert Plant, and George Clinton and the P-Funk All Stars. When not touring with these iconic acts, Peter leads his own band, the Peter Levin Band (P.L.B.), delivering a captivating blend of blues-infused funk and soul music. Beyond performing, he writes, records, and produces music at his Brooklyn-based recording studio, Moon Palace NYC, with production credits for acclaimed artists like Public Enemy, Korn, Train, The Beastie Boys, The Fun Lovin' Criminals, Gym Class Heroes, and The Blind Boys of Alabama. Peter's impressive track record includes a Platinum record in 2014 for his collaboration with Train on "Save Me, San Francisco" and a Gold record in 2012 for his work with Gym Class Heroes. Whether on keys, drums, vocals, or in the producer's chair, Peter Levin is a valuable asset to any stage or studio.
