Patricia Larkin, M.S. completed her graduate studies in counseling and offers transformative coaching individually and in groups. A trauma survivor who has studied healing PTSD for a decade, she is an expert in attachment and neuroscience and considers it her life purpose to contribute to the paradigm shift towards creating a trauma-informed society.

This experiential workshop is an exploration of Love through the lens of attachment, trauma theory, and neuroscience.You will walk away with insights into why past relationships didn't work out or why there can be difficulties meeting the attachment needs of children. The main encoding of our attachment systems happens in childhood and is carried into our adult relationships. Everyone carries some attachment injuries - the good news is they can be healed today in a secure relationship. With neuroscience we now know the brain can grow and change with meditation, and healing becomes possible with embodiment, releasing held trauma, and opening the heart space. The information is potentially life changing, transforming the way you see the world moving forward. This intimate workshop is limited to 10 people.
