The LOL JAX Film Festival was created in 2016 by Monique Madrid. It kicked off on August 5th, 2017 at Sun-Ray Cinema. This event continues to get bigger and bigger each year. It continues to show that Jacksonville, Florida has a lot of talent and this film festival weekend gives them their time to shine on the big stage. We will be celebrating 10 years!
