Local in the Kitchen Cooking Series: Perfect Persimmons.
Join us for a hands-on cooking class led by Chef Dennis Chan of Blue Bamboo. In this two hour class, you will learn how to prepare two to three local persimmon inspired dishes plus a persimmons themed cocktail. Sit down afterwards with your classmates and enjoy the lunch you created! You'll take home a recipe packet so that you can re-create in your own kitchen and share with your foodie friends.
Class is held at Blue Bamboo classroom. Doors to the right of the restaurant entrance.
