Leon Majcen grew up in the town of Clearwater, Florida. He picked up the guitar at the young age of nine and got his start playing local bars. Naturally inspired by the lyrical genius of artists like John Prine, Guy Clark and Townes Van Zandt, as well as his time spent growing up on the Gulf coast waters, he developed an affinity for songwriting and chose to live life with a pen and paper in hand. With 3 tours under his belt, two full-length albums plus another two records on the way, he has opened for artists like Ryan Montbleau, Striking Matches, Town Mountain, and even played festivals headlined by the likes of Tyler Childers and Trampled By Turtles.
