Food & Wine Pairing Dynamics is an interactive session where guests will get to examine wine to assess all its qualities, involving the sense of sight and smell as well as taste.

Guests will be guided through a systematic approach of seven steps to taste any wine, along with carefully prepared culinary small plates to taste with several different wines from La Crema Winery.
