It's that time again, when the sun's blazing down on the fields and the only things brave enough to grow are okra, eggplant, peppers, and peas! 🌱 Learn how to make the summer harvest a delight with Chef Dennis Chan of Blue Bamboo on June 15th, from 11am-1pm. Come on out and bring your friends!
In this two hour class, we'll introduce 3 seasonal recipes you can easily create at home and a summer themed cocktail. Sit down afterwards with your classmates and enjoy the lunch you've created! You'll take home a recipe packet for your kitchen and to share with your foodie friends.
Class is held at Blue Bamboo classroom. Doors to the right of the restaurant entrance.
