Tour with a Twist: Spring

Enjoy a guided tour of GYO GREENS farm facilities and grounds while nibbling on gourmet global bites, paired with microgreens & edible flowers, freshly picked from our farm.

  • Mushroom medley & all the allium Argentinian Empanada: pansies / amaranth / chimichurri sauce (chive, parsley, cilantro, mint, lemon balm)

  • Naked cherry-tomatoes & Asian fruits salad: dragon fruit, lychee, white balsamic vinaigrette / truffle oil / baby arugula / red vein sorrel / nasturtium / fennel 

  • Bánh mì baguette with lemongrass chicken: marinade in fresh lemongrass / housemade chicken pâté / mildly spicy garlic aioli / pickled carrots & baby radishes / pea shoots / chives

Due to the nature of this event, we regret that we cannot accommodate food substitutions.

Cost per ticket includes a guided tour and 3 listed appetizers. Cocktails and wines can be purchased by cash or credit card. There are no refunds or reschedules for no-shows, or if we are not able to resell your tickets.

This is a fun & educational event for solos, friends, couples and the whole family.  GYO GREENS added a long covered patio that hosts a large Solar Array providing the farm with renewable energy to power its operations.


This local aquaponics farm tucked away in the seaside of Ponte Vedra Beach is a unique site. The farm uses a sustainable farming method which combines traditional aquaculture (raising aquatic animals - in our case, fish - in tanks) with hydroponics (cultivating plants in water) in a symbiotic environment. All produce is grown naturally using standard organic practices.

About chef Mimi Lan

Chef Mimi is a personal & popup dinner chef who curates thoughtful, global culinary experiences. Her specialty is VIGLO (Vietnamese with global influences) cuisine; however, she considers herself a global chef who cooks many dishes of the world, thanks to her extensive travels & apprentices at the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants. Her goal is to use her food and story-telling to connect with people and bridge the gap of understanding between different cultures.
