This has been a long time in the works…. ecstatic to announce Chef Josh Agan and Routes: Culinary Travels latest Pop Up venture. The Dinner in the Garden Series begins May 23rd at Earth Works Garden Center on Beach Blvd.
Chef Josh will be collaborating with mixologist wizard Kelley Fitzsimonds of Little Blue Cooler Productions and Manifest Distillery. The Al Fresco dinner kicks off with liquid libations and passed hors d’ouevres, followed by cocktail pairings, garden knowledge, and over the top flavor combinations, set in an idyllic landscape of flora and fauna. And although the menu remains secret, the theme of the dinner will showcase the versatility of flowers, in all their beauty, flavor, and power.
Must be 21 or older to attend. Due to the nature of the event, we will be unable to accommodate dietary restrictions and substitutions.
