Do you know how to identify them and what their characteristics are? 

Now is your chance to learn enough to impress your friends and eat great cheese at the same time.  In addition, we'll touch on cheese pairing and serving. Included in the ticket price is a sample of each cheese type along with a glass of wine or bottled water. ( If you're feeling a little parched and might need more wine, stop by Bernie's Wine Shop on your way in and grab a bottle, we'll provide the glasses.)

Class participants receive a 10% off all purchase the night of the class.
