We will learn how to make homemade water kefir. It’s fast fermenting, vegan, easy to make, cheap to maintain, and great for your gut. Each student will get their own water kefir grains to love and care for and learn the necessary skills to make it perpetually at home. Not to mention sipping lots of water kefir throughout the class, along with nibbling other fermented goodies.
