What to expect:
Expert, nurse-midwife led course series consisting of 9 weekly sessions
~ Eight sessions of 2.5-3 hours each, scheduled on Sundays, September 9th thru November 4th from 2-5 pm (snacks provided)
~ One retreat experience from 10 am - 5 pm (lunch and snacks provided)
~ Plus + One post-birth reunion, time and date to be determined based on birthdays!

About Laura Bennett
Laura Bennett is a certified nurse-midwife, mindfulness teacher, and mother of two young adult children. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in caring for women and babies during the pregnancy, birth, and post-birth periods, as well as educating healthcare professionals and expectant families about labor, birth, breastfeeding, mindfulness, and holistic health and well-being.
