Slow Food First Coast & Riverside Avondale Preservation present a Slow Fish Dinner on October 12, 2019 at the home of Wayne Wood & Lana Shuttleworth. Farm partner Congaree & Penn and Manifest Distillery will join Riverside Avondale restaurants Orsay, Biscottis, Southern Roots and Black Sheep with incredible food and libations.

Slow Food First Coast strives to celebrate the amazing bounty of food that is available in our region. Snail of Approval restaurants get certification through a process of committing to quality, authenticity and sustainability.  These chefs embrace the local farmers and artisan food purveyors to offer the freshest and most unique product from our region. Slow Food Restaurants make our historical district unique in Northeast Florida and add value to our community.

Proceeds from the event go to Riverside Avondale Preservation to continue their work in Preserving our historic neighborhood, Promoting local businesses, arts and culture, Advocate with and for the neighborhood, and Celebrate community.

Tickets are $125 per person with a limit of 150 people who will enjoy an evening outside (rain or shine) under the stars.
