8-Course dinner at Mitt Cafe

A couple of months ago, I had tacos that changed my life in NYC. I've been on a taco rampage since i got back. With that being said, the Barbacoa at Mitt Cafe is on another level. They only run it as a special, so I decided to host a dinner there. These are favorites and homemade recipes cooked by the owners that are not on the menu. I threw in the churro waffle because churros. Limited to 14 seats. #tacotuesday

2)Pollo Caldo de Calavasa served with Basmati Spanish Rice (Chicken Soup with Zucchini)

3)Hand Rolled Beef Enchiladas, topped with Cheese and Purple Onions

4)Baked Lemon Pepper Fish Tostadas topped with Beans and Fresh Mango Pico

5)Beef Toothpick Tacos, air fried Corn Tortilla Tacos topped with Cheese, Cabbage and Tomatoes, Sour Cream, and guac

6)Braised Barbacoa Steak Patito (PAH-thee-tho) with Fresh Hand Rolled Tortillas by Granny (Lighty Fried)

7)Homemade Cherry Empanadas and

8)Chocolate "Mudd" Cake
