The 5th Annual Beaches Tour of Homes will be held on Saturday, November 5th from 9am to 5pm.
- GA Tickets are $30 for Home Tour admission
- VIP Tickets are $100 for Home Tour admission, golf cart guided tour, and VIP After Party
- VIP After Party includes food, beverages, and exclusive access to well known Beach residence

This fundraiser is organized by the Beaches Town Center Agency (BTCA) which is a nonprofit organization that works for the improvement of the Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach Central Business District. BTCA helps to protect the unique character of the Beaches Town Center community (referred to by locals as “the corner”) by maintaining and enhancing its presence as an economic and cultural center. From holiday decorations, landscaping projects, public art displays, bike racks, benches, and other beautification projects, this volunteer board works with the cities of Atlantic and Neptune Beach on an ongoing basis to continue to improve the area.

The Beaches Tour of Homes is a signature fundraiser of the Beaches Town Center Agency (BTCA), a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing and preserving the heart of the Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach Central Business District — Beaches Town Center. Proceeds help support meaningful community initiatives that make our coastal district more beautiful, welcoming, and vibrant for both residents and visitors — from environmentally sustainable landscaping and public art installations to outdoor gathering spaces, bicycle hubs, enhanced streetscapes, educational scholarships for local students, and small home repairs for local military families in need.
