1) Popcorn Shrimp: Florida caught shrimp, breaded in actual popcorn flour, served with a greek yogurt ranch dipping sauce
2) Crispy Skin Gulf of Mexico Redfish: Grilled citrus couscous, lots of fresh herbs: italian parsley, mint, chives, spanish peanuts, grape tomatoes, and sherry vinaigrette
3) Ham Egg & Cheeseburger Slider: Pimento cheese, country ham: An american dry ham, like prosciutto or serrano, sunny quail egg
4) Fried Chicken: Marinated in buttermilk and samba oelek (hot sauce), mashed potatoes, collard greens with smoked pork & chili, napa cabbage slaw, and biscuits with house-made black pepper strawberry jam
5) Trio of Desserts: Banana pudding’, Triple chocolate parfait: Flourless chocolate cake, salted caramel, and a surprise cheesecake!
