About This Event
Beautiful architecture and a vibrant social scene bring people to visit the Springfield Historic District, but it’s the sense of community that keeps them coming back. For one weekend a year, visitors have an opportunity to enjoy the unique character and quirks of the neighborhood by exploring some of the beautiful homes and gardens that line its tree-shaded streets. The 46th Historic Springfield Tour of Homes and Gardens, presented by M&M Homes, takes place on April 26 and 27, hosted by the Springfield Preservation and Revitalization Council (SPAR).
Tour hours for both Saturday and Sunday are Noon to 5 PM. Tickets purchased may be used for either day. Early bird tickets are $20. Tickets will be regular price ($25) if purchased at the event.
PARKING
Street parking is readily available. Parking is also available in the lot located at 1229 N Main Street (2nd & Main) - please refrain from parking behind the Main Street Quik Stop.
NAVIGATING THE TOUR
A Tour map and guide will be provided to all guests at the starting location: SPAR Building at 1321 N Main Street. The route is easy to walk, bike or drive, but the most efficient way to hit all the stops could be to hop on the FREE shuttle, with stops at several locations along the route.
