About This Event
Coastal Carnivale is Beaches Town Center's annual major fundraising event. This event, held at One Ocean Resort & Spa, will be THE party of the year featuring:
- Salsa dancing and live music from LPT - click HERE for a quick taste of what LPT brings to the stage every time!
- Silent auction with items/packages donated from area restaurants and shops
- Dinner from the award winning chefs of One Ocean Resort & Spa
- Open bar
All money raised goes directly to town center improvements which include area landscaping, holiday lighting and decorations, hosting events, banners and signage. Thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing you at Coastal Carnivale!

The Beaches Town Center Agency, a 501.C3 entity, works for the improvement of the Atlantic Beach/ Neptune Beach Central Business District. We strive to protect its unique character as a traditional neighborhood, and enhance its presence as an economic and cultural town center. BTC is a popular destination for shopping, eating and entertainment.
BTCA fundraising efforts provide the capital to improve the AB/NB Central Business District.
The main goal is to make the area more inviting and pedestrian friendly with major enhancements
in landscaping and public amenities. Major projects include area landscaping, holiday lighting and
decorations, hosting events, banners and signage.

The Beaches Tour of Homes is a signature fundraiser of the Beaches Town Center Agency (BTCA), a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing and preserving the heart of the Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach Central Business District — Beaches Town Center. Proceeds help support meaningful community initiatives that make our coastal district more beautiful, welcoming, and vibrant for both residents and visitors — from environmentally sustainable landscaping and public art installations to outdoor gathering spaces, bicycle hubs, enhanced streetscapes, educational scholarships for local students, and small home repairs for local military families in need.
